The Scope of Work below is an example of the services Olson’s Pro Cleaning provides; we perform many additional “finishing touches” that aren’t on the list, but that you will surely notice as one of our clients.

Typical Scope of Work includes:

Office Properties:

  • Trash removed and new bags installed.
  • Vacuum floors, including baseboards and under desks.
  • Inspect and clean all windows, inside and out.
  • Clean all desks, copy machines, fax machines, phones, and computers.
  • Dust all chairs, tables, clean all shelves.
  • Clean blinds and window sills, and tidy up in general.

New Home Models and Foreclosure Properties:

Bathrooms:

  • Clean tubs, removing bugs and dust.
  • Clean showers, sinks, and countertops.
  • Shine chrome fixtures, mirrors, & all glass, such as shower doors, glass blocks etc.
  • Clean toilets.
  • Inspect all cabinets and drawers and clean, if necessary.
  • Sweep debris off floors and mop.

Bedrooms:

  • Dust and oil all table surfaces.
  • Clean all props, such as lamps, picture frames, books, candle holders, plants, etc.
  • Move plants to vacuum and remove all bugs and debris.
  • Vacuum bugs and dirt from baseboards, ledges, and various tracks.
  • Dust closet shelves.
  • Fluff bedding and rearrange comforters and pillows, as needed.
  • Clean windows and other glass surfaces.
  • Vacuum floors.

Living/Family Rooms:

  • Move furniture and plants to vacuum and remove bugs and debris.
  • Furniture dusted and oiled.
  • All props inspected and cleaned.
  • Windows and glass surfaces cleaned, including ledges and tracks.
  • Fluff pillows and cushions.
  • Mop and vacuum floors.

Kitchen/Dining Rooms:

  • All surfaces wiped clean.
  • Sinks inspected and shined with product that inhibits water spots.
  • Inspect all cabinets and drawers to clean and remove bugs and debris.
  • Clean appliances, including the inside of microwave oven.
  • Move refrigerators to vacuum.
  • Inspect furniture and clean.
  • Clean and rearrange props, if necessary.
  • Inspect light fixtures, clean, and remove bugs.
  • Clean windows and vacuum debris from tracks.
  • Sweep and mop floors.

Exterior:

  • Clean all outside windows, remove dust on window tracks.
  • Remove spider webs, which mostly appear on patios and under door thresholds.
  • Front doors cleaned and oiled.
  • Mats vacuumed and rubber edges oiled to give a new appearance.
  • Clean light fixtures.
  • Clean all signs.
  • Remove debris from water features, fountains, and pools as needed.
  • Sweep patios and entry ways.
  • Dust all outside patio furniture, and benches.

Misc:

  • Replace air filters when provided.
  • Replace light bulbs as needed when provided.
  • Clean all ash trays.
  • Clean railings.
  • Monthly sweep out garages.
  • Cleaning of Sales Offices and Superintendents Offices.
